Two-piece systems only fit when the flange size on the pouch matches the flange size on the skin barrier. Hollister Conform 2 uses 45, 55 and 70 mm; HDL-Hendry uses 50, 60 and 70 mm. The two ranges are not interchangeable.
Empty at around a third full. Waiting until the pouch is heavy puts weight on the base and shortens wear time more than anything else you can control day to day.
The 70 mm version has a transparent front window, which is genuinely useful in the first weeks after surgery or whenever the stoma needs watching — it means one less reason to take a working base off.
Flange sizes here are 50, 60 and 70 mm. These do not interchange with Hollister's 45, 55 and 70 mm, so when you order pouches, order them for the base you are actually wearing.
